PARALEGAL
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Draft, review & manage legal contracts and agreements.
• Support regulatory filings, compliance documentation & license renewals.
• Assist with AML, KYC & due diligence processes.
• Coordinate with regulators, banks, EMIs, PSPs & external legal counsel.
• Conduct legal research and maintain corporate legal records.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's Degree in Law or Legal Studies (Paralegal certification preferred).
• 4–7 years of Paralegal experience in Financial Services, FX, FinTech or Brokerage.
• Strong knowledge of AML, KYC, compliance & regulatory requirements.
• Experience in contract management & legal documentation.
• Excellent English communication and documentation skills.
• UAE experience and knowledge of UAE law is an advantage.
