A boutique disputes practice established in the UAE in 2009, with a track record before the DIFC Courts and in international arbitration under DIAC, LCIA and ICC Rules (including DIAC-administered arbitrations seated in the DIFC), invites applications for the position of Paralegal within its dispute resolution team.
The role will support DIFC Courts litigation and international commercial arbitration on a full-time basis from our Dubai office.
Minimum criteria (strictly applied):
– At least 3 years’ experience as a paralegal and/or associate at a top-tier law firm in the United Kingdom, with demonstrable exposure to dispute resolution and litigation.
– A law degree from a leading university in the United Kingdom, United States, Australia or Canada.
– Strong drafting, research and case-management skills, and the ability to work to the standards expected of a top-tier disputes practice.
– Currently based in the UAE, or willing to relocate at own cost. This is a local hire; applications from candidates outside the UAE who are not prepared to relocate on this basis will not be considered.
