Paralegal Jobs in Dubai at Jollibee UAE
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Paralegal to join our in-house team.
As Paralegal you will assist with a variety of legal tasks, including contract management, legal research, and compliance efforts, within the QSR industry.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts and legal documents related to the company’s operations.
✅ Assist in maintaining legal records and filing systems to ensure efficient document management
✅ Provide legal support in disputes, claims, and other legal matters involving the company.
✅ Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with company policies and external regulations
✅Provides legal advice and leads a rapid and effective response to legal issues, as necessary.
Requirements:
✔At least 5 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably within the QSR, F&B, hospitality, real estate, FMCG or retail sectors in the UAE.
✔ Strong understanding of UAE laws and regulations particularly related to food service, site acquisition, lease, rental and real estate.
✔Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written) with outstanding communication skills
✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Excellent research, legal writing, administration and organization skills.
