Qualifications
- Ability to operate and monitor production machines, with strong skills in Machine Operation and working with Machinery.
- Experience performing Quality Control checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Proficiency in using basic Hand Tools for adjustments, minor repairs, and routine maintenance.
- Clear and professional Communication skills for coordinating with team members, supervisors, and maintenance staff.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or packaging environments, preferably in cup or paper product production.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of safety standards in an industrial setting.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, handle repetitive tasks, and meet production targets reliably.
