Key Responsibilities:
- Operate manual paper bag making machines efficiently and safely.
- Set up and adjust the machine according to the required bag size and specifications.
- Monitor the production process and ensure smooth machine operation.
- Check the quality of paper bags during production.
- Handle paper materials and ensure proper feeding into the machine.
- Perform basic machine adjustments and identify minor operational issues.
- Ensure proper alignment, folding, gluing, and finishing of paper bags.
- Understand basic printing processes and assist with printed paper bag production.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and machine.
- Follow production schedules, safety rules, and company procedures.
- Report any machine problems or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Perform basic daily cleaning and maintenance of the machine.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Paper Bag Machine Operator or in a similar production role.
- Experience operating manual paper bag making machines.
- Basic knowledge of printing and printed paper bag production.
- Ability to understand machine settings and production requirements.
- Good attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Experience in a paper bag, printing, packaging, or paper products factory is preferred
