Job Title: Panel Saw Operator – Joinery Factory

Reports To: Production Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate panel saw machines to cut wood, MDF, plywood, and other materials as per specifications
- Read and interpret cutting lists, shop drawings, and production plans
- Ensure accurate measurements and high-quality cutting standards
- Optimize material usage to reduce wastage
- Perform routine machine maintenance and report any faults or issues
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment
- Coordinate with carpenters, supervisors, and production team for smooth workflow
- Label and organize cut materials for further processing
