Position Overview: Join our team as an *HR Cum Accounts Assistant* and play a pivotal role in blending HR operations with accounting tasks. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional passionate about people management and financial accuracy.
*Key Responsibilities:*
– Manage day-to-day HR operations (payroll, benefits, employee records).
– Assist with accounting tasks using *Odoo accounting software*.
– Provide administrative support to ensure organizational efficiency.
*Qualifications:*
– Bachelor’s Degree
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
– Experience with *Odoo accounting software* is a strong advantage.
