Job responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of painting projects ensuring adherence to schedule and quality standards
- Develop and implement painting techniques tailored to joinery projects enhancing the aesthetic appeal and durability of finishes
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand their vision and provide expert recommendations on finishes and colors
- Manage a team of painters and joiners providing training and mentorship to elevate skill levels and productivity
- Prepare detailed project estimates including labor materials and timelines to maintain budgetary control
- Maintain accurate records of materials used labor hours and project progress for reporting and analysis
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in painting, with a focus on joinery work
- Certifications in safety and painting techniques are highly desirable
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
