Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Painting Supervisor to oversee and manage painting projects, ensuring quality workmanship, adherence to safety standards, and timely completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in painting techniques, and the ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate painting projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
Manage a team of painters, assigning tasks, providing training, and ensuring productivity.
Inspect surfaces, prepare work areas, and ensure proper application techniques for high-quality results.
Order and maintain inventory of paint, tools, and necessary materials.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to create a secure work environment.
Communicate with clients, contractors, and project managers to address concerns and provide project updates.
Conduct quality control checks to maintain high painting standards and correct any deficiencies.
Handle troubleshooting and problem-solving for painting-related challenges on-site.
Maintain project records, including daily progress reports and material usage.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Painting Supervisor or similar role in the painting industry.
Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Familiarity with safety guidelines and best practices in painting operations.
Physical stamina and ability to work in various environments, including heights and confined spaces.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in painting or relevant trade qualification.
Experience with industrial, commercial & residential painting projects.
Knowledge of environmentally friendly painting solutions and compliance regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
