Order Processor and Operations Administrator

Hours:
48 hours per week, Mon – Fri.
Renumeration:
From AED 4,000.00 depending based on experience
Key Competencies:
A good multi-tasker, able to retain accuracy when working at speed.
An exceptional eye for detail.
A can-do attitude and positive outlook.
Good written and spoken English.
Demonstrable knowledge of MS Office
Previous experience in the operations department of an FMCG business
Previous experience with food is of advantage
Demonstrable experience with ERP/Inventory Management Systems
Job Summary:
Provide support to the Operations and Sales Teams. Liaise between Operations, Logistics and Customer Service departments to ensure the best possible customer experience.
Key Accountabilities:
Process daily customer orders received by email, phone, and WhatsApp.
Process orders at speed with a high level of accuracy
Keep detailed and accurate inventory records
Undertake all traceability requirements such as batch tracking and expiry date monitoring
Handle customer complaints and returns.
Prepare daily sales report and other reports whenever required.
Coordinate closely with the Sales team on customer queries, requirements and updates.
Coorindate with 3PL for stock movement and deliveries.
Book transport with external carriers as necessary.
Daily releasing of stocks in the warehouse for customers’ orders.
Work closely with the Purchasing department and 3PL on incoming shipments
Store and file documents related to invoicing, credit notes and customer complaints.
Day to day administration of CRM systems and databases
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
