Ontime Group is searching for a skilled Painter tojoin our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both interior and exterior painting, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing environments.
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes.
Select and mix paints to ensure the correct color and finish.
Apply paints, stains, and other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
Inspect work quality and make necessary adjustments to ensure high standards.
Adhere tosafety protocolsand best practices while painting.
Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements.
Maintaintools and equipmentin good condition.
Complete projects within deadlines and budget constraints.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Painter, preferably in residential or commercial projects.
Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detailand a commitment to excellence.
Good physical stamina and the ability to work in various environmental conditions.
Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in painting.
Excellentcommunication skillsto interact with clients and team members.
A valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
