We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Outdoor Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our flower and plant business by building strong connections with clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting potential customers, establishing partnerships, and promoting our floral products to businesses, event planners, hotels, restaurants, and other potential buyers.
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Client Acquisition:
Actively visit and engage with potential clients, including hotels, event planners, wedding organizers, restaurants, offices, and retail shops to introduce our flowers and plants.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Identify bulk order opportunities for corporate events, weddings, and special occasions.
Negotiate deals, prepare sales agreements, and close contracts with clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Marketing & Brand Promotion:
Promote our flower and plant business through face-to-face meetings, networking events, and business gatherings.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer demands.
Collaborate with management to create customized offers and promotional deals for clients.
Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
Requirements:
Previous experience in outdoor sales, field marketing, or business development (experience in the floral or hospitality industry is a plus).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build long-term business relationships.
Confidence in approaching new clients and making persuasive sales pitches.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
UAE driving license is preferred (for easy travel to client meetings).
