The Paint Line Operator oversees the automated painting process within a production line. Responsibilities include equipment setup,quality control, routine maintenance, and ensuring adherence tosafety protocols. Tasks involveprecision,attention to detail, and technical knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor paint line machinery to ensure efficient and smooth operation
Check and maintain the paint line equipment, troubleshoot and repair issues as needed
Prepare and mix paint and coatings as per specifications
Ensure that the work area is clean and organized before, during and after each shift
Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
Keep accurate records of production andquality controlmeasures
Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and targets
Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
Knowledge of basic math and measurement skills
Ability to followsafety protocolsand maintain a cleanwork environment
Experience operating machinery and/or equipment
Attention to detailand ability to identify defects in products
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to workflexible hoursand overtime as needed
