Install and repair finishes, such as laminates. Perform rough-in framing for doors, frames, windows, and cabinetry. Repair, maintain, and construct wood structures such as partitions, doors, furniture, and similar items throughout the property. Perform miscellaneous minor repairs such as tightening loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching holes in walls. Order items, including filling out requisitions,
Responsible for repairing, maintaining, and constructing wood structures such as partitions, doors, furniture, and similar items throughout the hotel.
Receive and follow day-to-day maintenance calls given by the Maintenance Manager
Measuring dimensions of spaces
Ensuring doors and windows work properly
Perform a variety of painting tasks, including surface preparation, mixing paints, and applying finishes.
Apply different painting techniques for interior and exterior surfaces.
Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
Inspect and identify painting requirements, providing accurate estimates and recommendations.
Adhere to safety protocols and environmental guidelines in all painting activities.
New installation joinery work such as gypsum partitions, doors, windows, wardrobes, cabinets, etc.
Modification and troubleshooting for any related to carpentry such as furniture assemble and dismantle
Assist the team whenever requested for any issues to complete the project smoothly and safely
Study for consumable spare parts rectification and repair instead of replacement within limitation for saving and safety consideration
Installing wooden structures such as roofing frames, rafters, partitions, joists, and stud work
Adding fixtures and fittings such as door handles, locks, hinges and closures
UAE Driving License Will Be Preferable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
Carpentry: 3 years (Required)
