Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute packaging material replenishment plans based on production and demand requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock coverage while avoiding excess inventory.
- Manage locally sourced and imported packaging materials, considering lead times and supply constraints.
- Coordinate closely with Procurement, Production Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, and suppliers to ensure material availability.
- Identify and mitigate supply risks, shortages, and potential production stoppages.
- Monitor slow-moving, aging, and at-risk inventory and implement corrective actions.
- Support S&OP and demand review processes by providing material availability assessments.
- Maintain planning parameters, safety stocks, reorder points, and master data accuracy.
- Track supplier delivery performance and escalate critical supply issues.
- Drive inventory optimization and working capital improvement initiatives.
- Prepare periodic reports and KPIs related to inventory, service levels, aging, and material availability.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- APICS/CPIM certification is an advantage.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Material Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain Planning.
- FMCG or Food Manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing packaging materials and coordinating with suppliers.
- Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience is preferred.
