Job Description:
§ Manage the daily operations of a luxury private villa, ensuring smooth household administration, maintenance, and high service standards.
§ Lead and supervise household staff, coordinate vendors and service providers, and oversee procurement, household expenses, and petty cash.
§ Provide executive and personal assistance to the principal by managing calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, correspondence, and personal errands.
§ Plan and coordinate private events and ensure seamless execution while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality, discretion, and hospitality.
