- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Commercial, Marketing, Sciences, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Law, Communication, Technologies, Mathematics, or Statistics
Qualifications and Experience
- 8 years experience in business related function or discipline, including 4 years in the Oil & Gas Industry, and including 1 year experience in a supervisory or acting role, or oversight of contractor/subcontractors/service/vendor personnel.
- Experience in administration of contracts and claims management relating to EPCI contracts in the Offshore Oil & Gas sector including Large Scale development.
- Proven track record in successful amicable resolution of contractual disputes.
- Experience in formal dispute resolution processes e.g. mediation, binding arbitration, litigation.
- Knowledge of Middle Eastern legal statutes and civil codes preferred.
