Role Description The Owner role at AVC Dubai is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Owner is responsible for setting the overall vision and strategy of the company, making key business decisions, and ensuring that operations align with long-term objectives. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing financial performance, managing budgets, and monitoring revenue and cost structures. The Owner leads business development efforts, cultivates client relationships, and evaluates new market opportunities. This role also involves supervising senior staff, establishing policies and processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and maintaining a positive, productive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Strong business leadership abilities, including strategic planning, decision-making, and long-term vision setting.
- Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and analyzing business performance metrics.
- Background in operations management, with the ability to design and improve processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills, with experience in business development or sales.
- Effective people management capabilities, including team leadership, coaching, and performance oversight.
