Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Outside Sales Engineer based in Al Khobar, with flexibility for partial remote work. The primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing sales processes, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and acting as a technical consultant to understand and meet customer needs. The Outside Sales Engineer will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and deliver customized solutions for engineering projects and services in the oil and gas sector.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Sales , including the ability to identify opportunities and close deals effectively.
- Solid foundation in Mechanical Engineering and control in major industrila static and rotating equipments for understanding client requirements and proposing viable solutions.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and travel as needed to client sites.
- Proven organizational and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is required.
- Experience in oil and gas and power generation industry.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in Saudi Market dealing with major industrial customers like: ARAMCO, SABIC, Saudi Energy and others.
- Saudi driving license is a must.
