Job Description:
We are looking for friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented waitresses to join our team in our Desert Camp restaurant. As a waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests have a memorable dining experience. You will work closely with the kitchen staff and management to ensure that all orders are processed efficiently and that guests’ needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Take accurate food and drink orders, and input them into the point-of-sale system.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
Ensure that guests are satisfied with their meals and address any concerns promptly.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including setting and clearing tables.
Process payments, handle cash, and give correct change.
Work as a team with other wait staff, kitchen staff, and management.
Adhere to all restaurant policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and carry heavy trays.
Salary AED 2,500 – 3,500
Pick & Drop will be provided.
