Real Estate Sales & Leasing Agent – Dubai
We are a newly established real estate company in Business Bay, Dubai, and we’re looking for passionate and driven Real Estate Agents to join our growing team!
Key Responsibilities:
Selling and renting prime residential properties in Dubai.
Listing all new properties on CRM for marketing purposes.
Canvassing, cold calling, and prospecting for new leads and clients.
Closing deals and attending DLD transactions for title transfers.
Handling inquiries from prospective buyers and tenants.
Qualifying new inquiries, matching requirements with available inventory, and conducting property viewings.
Negotiating deals between buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords.
Consulting and updating clients on the latest market trends.
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience in Dubai real estate is required.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
A solid understanding of Dubai real estate laws and regulations.
Valid UAE driving license and reliable transportation (a must).
