Responsibilities:
Project Engineer:
Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative Façade solutions that meet project requirements and architectural visions.
Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and material schedules for Façade systems.
Conduct structural analysis and performance simulations to ensure the functionality, safety, and efficiency of Façade designs.
Assist in the selection of Façade materials, considering factors such as performance, durability, and sustainability.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to procure Façade ting effective communication.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and correspondence.
Project Manager:
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Façade projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance measures.
Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and implementing cost control measures to maximize profitability.
Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery of Façade materials and services.

Qualifications:
Project Engineer:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in Façade engineering or construction.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant engineering software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Valid UAE driving license.
Project Manager:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
8+ years of experience in Façade construction, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing project requirements.
Valid UAE driving license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED15,000.00 per month
