Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in shades, curtain blinds, and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical educational background and a proven track record in outdoor sales, specifically within the UAE market for projects (not retail or material trading). This role involves direct interaction with clients, understanding their requirements, and delivering tailored solutions in the shade and curtain blinds sector for fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively promote and sell shades, curtain blinds, and related products for fit-out projects.
Build and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, designers, and project managers to secure new business opportunities.
Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying leads to closing deals, with a strong focus on project-based sales (not retail).
Provide technical expertise and guidance on product selection, ensuring it meets the client’s project requirements.
Work closely with the design and technical teams to understand client specifications and deliver accurate proposals and quotations.
Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and offer product recommendations.
Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and technical documentation.
Monitor project timelines and ensure on-time delivery and installation of products.
Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with all agreements.
Track and report on sales performance and progress against targets.
Requirements:
Educational Background: Must have a technical educational background (engineering, architecture, or related fields).
Experience: Proven outdoor sales experience in the UAE, specifically for fit-out projects (not retail or material trading).
Strong knowledge of shades, curtain blinds, and fit-out project specifications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales CRM tools.
A valid UAE driver’s license and ability to travel across the region for site visits.
Strong network within the construction and fit-out industry is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience with high-end fit-out projects in the shades and curtain blinds sector.
