Salary: AED 3,500 – 5,000 (Based on Experience) + Incentives + Travel Allowance
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join a leading Garments/Home Textiles company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding market presence, developing strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth across the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Meet with existing and prospective customers to build and maintain strong business relationships.
- Promote and sell the company’s garments and home textile products.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure excellent customer service.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of proven sales experience in the Apparel, Garments, or Home Textiles industry within the UAE.
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
