Position: Admin Assistant
Salary: AED 8,000 – AED 12,000
Days Off: Friday and Saturday
Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Location: To be determined by management
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle various administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the organization. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the management team and other departments.
Prepare, manage, and file correspondence, reports, and documents.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
Maintain organized records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Assist with the preparation of presentations and other office materials.
Manage office supplies and coordinate procurement as needed.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
UAE Nationals with Family Book (mandatory).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous administrative experience is a plus but not required.
Location:
The exact workplace location will be decided by the management.
