About the Company
Sadeel Gifts is a gift manufacturing company specializing in customized gifts, corporate gifts, promotional products, acrylic products, Forex products, wooden gifts, event gifts, and customized displays.
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Outdoor Sales Executive who can independently go into the UAE market, find potential customers, generate orders, and build long-term business relationships.
Commission-Based Opportunity
There is NO fixed monthly salary for this position.
The selected candidate will receive a pre-agreed percentage of the sales value they personally bring to the company.
The more sales you generate, the more you earn.
This position is ideal for someone who already has experience selling gifts and promotional products and is confident in finding customers independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit potential customers throughout the UAE using your own car.
- Find new customers and business opportunities every day.
- Visit companies, corporate offices, schools, hotels, event companies, advertising companies, retailers, and other potential clients.
- Introduce Sadeel Gifts’ customized and promotional products.
- Generate new enquiries and convert them into confirmed orders.
- Develop relationships with corporate and business customers.
- Follow up with customers and quotations until the order is confirmed.
- Identify customers who require corporate gifts, promotional gifts, acrylic products, Forex products, wooden products, event products, and customized items.
- Bring new customers and new sales to the company.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers to generate repeat orders.
- Provide daily/weekly updates on customer visits, enquiries, quotations, and sales.
Requirements
- Previous experience in selling gifts, corporate gifts, promotional products, or related products is REQUIRED.
- Must have a valid UAE driving license.
- Must have your own car for daily customer visits.
- Must be willing to travel around the UAE to find customers.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Confident in approaching new companies and customers.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Must have a strong network or knowledge of the UAE market.
- Experience with corporate clients, events, advertising, printing, or customized products is an advantage.
- Must be target-oriented and focused on generating actual sales.
IMPORTANT
This is a commission-only sales position with NO FIXED SALARY.
The candidate must use their own car to visit the market and actively search for potential customers.
We are not looking for an office-based salesperson who waits for enquiries.
We are looking for someone who can go into the market, find customers, bring enquiries, close orders, and earn based on the sales they generate.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate already has experience in gift sales or promotional product sales and understands how to approach companies and obtain corporate orders.
Candidates with an existing network of companies, event organizers, advertising agencies, corporate clients, schools, hotels, or retailers are highly preferred.
Commission
A decided percentage of the sales generated by the employee will be paid as commission.
Commission structure will be discussed and agreed upon with the selected candidate before joining.
