Junior Operations Agent
About the Role: We’re seeking a detail-oriented Junior Operations Agent to join our operations team. In this role, you’ll serve as a critical link between our Customer Service department and resolution teams, processing tickets efficiently and ensuring timely resolutions while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage incoming tickets from the Customer Service team
Resolve customer inquiries and issues within established SLA timeframes
Track ticket progress using internal systems and provide timely updates
Analyze ticket data to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities
Prepare regular reports on resolution metrics and team performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth ticket resolution
Requirements
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, formulas, pivot tables)
Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and speed
Basic technical troubleshooting abilities
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in the retail industry
Prior customer service or operations experience
Familiarity with ticket management systems
Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
