Position: Outdoor Sales Executive (Furniture)
We are looking for anOUTDOOR SALES EXECUTIVE, with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience as an Outdoor Sales Executive in the Interior Decoration Business or Interior Building Materials & Furniture companies, holding a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or any related field. The candidate must hold a valid Qatar , a Qatar driving license, and be able to provide an NOC to join our company located in Doha, Qatar.
Summary:
The Outdoor Sales Executive is responsible for developing and fostering business through proactive direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, direct mail, appointment calls, and tours for Projects. It is also your role to develop strategic action plans for all Projects, promote our extensive range of furniture, upholstery, curtains, fabrics, marble, and metal products, and drive measurable and incremental sales revenue. You will also be responsible for acquiring and developing new business accounts and preparing sales proposals for clients.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare reports such as action plans and financial objectives according to management requests.
Identify new market and business opportunities to increase sales by conducting research on potential customers, services, and prices of competitors, and maintain an updated database and tracking report.
Engage with architects, interior designers, contractors, and individual clients to identify their needs for furniture, upholstery, and other custom solutions.
Implement all sales action plans related to the assigned market area as outlined in the marketing plan.
Conduct daily sales calls and attend site inspection trips of Projects for corporate clients.
Provide quick and timely responses, and immediatecommunicationto properties, closely following up on all business leads within a 24-hour response timeline to clients to develop a professional long-term business relationship.
Provide the highest quality of service to clients at all times.
Participate in sales calls with the sales team to acquire new business and close deals.
Execute and support the operational aspects of the business booked (generating proposals, Corporate Rate Application letters, writing contracts, and managing customer correspondence).
Support Projects and relationship strategy, drivingcustomer loyaltyby deliveringservice excellencethroughout each customer experience.
Work closely with the Manager to ensure that proposed rates meet the financial needs of the Projects.
Develop a strong relationship with the property front office team to ensure unity and achieve the same goals.
Assess additional training needs based on data gathered and interaction with the Sales Team from property visits.
Attend meetings of all departments and Projects when necessary.
Manage and develop good business relationships with existing and new customers to enable future deals, including sales calls, events, trips, trade shows, etc.
Develop a good relationship within the community to strengthen and expand the customer base for sales opportunities.
Maintain awareness of all available resources fortraining and developmentand participate in ongoing training regarding technology upgrades and new systems.
Support all efforts and initiatives across all business channels to maximize company sales growth and profitability.
