Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions within our real estate company. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance while fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for real estate roles (sales agents, property managers, etc.).
Coordinate onboarding and training programs for new hires.
Employee Relations & Performance Management:
Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts.
Develop and implement performance evaluation processes.
Support team motivation and engagement initiatives.
HR Compliance & Policies:
Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and company HR policies.
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
Handle visa processing and work permits for employees.
Training & Development:
Organize training programs for sales, property management, and administration teams.
Assist in career development planning and succession strategies.
Compensation & Benefits:
Oversee payroll, bonuses, and commission structures.
Manage employee benefits, leaves, and incentive programs.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2-3years of HR experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Experience:
Experience working with real estate agencies, property developers, or brokerage firms.
Familiarity with commission-based compensation structures.
