Job Description:
Carzilla Group is seeking a detail-oriented Document Processor to handle all document processing related to RTA (Roads & Transport Authority) and other government services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of documents, submissions, and approvals while maintaining compliance with all regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage all RTA transactions including vehicle registration, renewals, transfers, fines, and other related services.
Handle document submissions and follow-ups with government authorities such as traffic departments, municipality offices, and other regulatory bodies.
Verify, prepare, and organize paperwork required for approvals and permits.
Ensure compliance with all legal and procedural requirements for document processing.
Communicate with clients and internal teams to provide updates on document statuses.
Maintain an organized record of all processed documents and transactions.
Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to document processing.
Requirements:
Prior experience in RTA and government-related documentation is preferred.
Strong knowledge of UAE government portals and online systems.
Must have a valid UAE driving license.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
