Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Outdoor Sales Executive, specializing in building materials sales. The ideal candidate will have excellentcommunication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients to promote and sell building materials.
Meet and exceed the monthly sales target of AED 200,000.
Develop strong business relationships with contractors, developers, and construction companies.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and close deals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress reports.
Requirements:
Experience:Minimum 3 years of outdoor sales experience, preferably in building materials.
Languages:
Mandatory:
Excellent command of English and Hindi.
Advantageous:
Fluency in Arabic.
Skills:Strong negotiation,communication, and relationship-building skills.
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Commission:3% on sales exceeding AED 200,000 per month.
