ServiceCo and Aroma Ambience Perfumes are two of Qatar’s leading service companies specializing in professional pest control solutions, AC Maintenance and premium scent solutions. We serve a wide portfolio of corporate, commercial, hospitality, retail, and healthcare clients across Doha and the wider Qatar region. We are expanding our sales team and looking for a driven, ambitious, and results-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive to join us.

Role Overview

As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and promoting our pest control, Ac Maintenance and scenting solutions to commercial and corporate clients across Qatar. You will be the face of both companies in the field, identifying opportunities, presenting proposals, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect and generate new leads through field visits, cold calls, networking, and referrals across commercial, retail, hospitality, and corporate sectors in Qatar.
  • Present and promote Aroma Ambience Perfumes’ scenting solutions & ServiceCo’s pest control services, AC Maintenance to potential clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and delivery of services.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client visits, and pipeline updates in the CRM or daily report.
  • Represent both companies at client meetings, site visits, and industry events professionally.
  • Provide market feedback and competitor insights to the management team.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of proven outdoor or field sales experience in Qatar or the GCC region.
  • Experience in pest control, facility management, cleaning services, HVAC, scenting, or related industries is a strong advantage.
  • Valid Qatar driving license — mandatory.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English, Arabic is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in the field.
  • Proficient in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
  • Familiarity with the Qatar commercial market and client landscape.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Must be based in Qatar.
