To support our expansion, we are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team and drive our next phase of growth.
The Role
As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will be the face of our brand. Your primary mission is to generate new corporate and individual B2B/B2C clients, build long-term relationships, and promote our premium vehicle rental services. This role heavily focuses on outdoor field visits, strategic partnerships, and maximizing our fleet utilization to hit revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
· Business Development: Identify, approach, and secure new corporate and individual clients for both short-term and long-term vehicle rentals.
· Field Sales & Networking: Conduct daily outdoor visits to hotels, travel agencies, corporate hubs, and high-potential client locations.
· Relationship Management: Nurture existing client relationships to secure contract renewals, extensions, and valuable referral business.
· Deal Closing: Negotiate competitive rental agreements, pricing structures, and contract terms to close deals effectively.
· Cross-Team Coordination: Partner closely with the operations team to guarantee seamless vehicle delivery and top-notch customer service.
· Financial Oversight: Manage the timely collection of payments and proactively resolve any client issues or billing complaints.
· Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and industry activities to identify new business opportunities.
· Reporting: Maintain and submit structured daily/weekly sales reports and client-visit updates to management.
Requirements & Qualifications
· Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven, successful track record in outdoor or field sales (experience in the UAE car rental industry is highly preferred).
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-centric mindset.
· Target-Driven: Highly motivated by targets, KPIs, and revenue growth.
