Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all bookings are confirmed and accurate.
Manage changes, cancellations, and refunds as needed.
Itinerary Planning:
Create detailed travel itineraries based on clients’ interests.
Provide information on destinations, attractions, and travel requirements.
Visa & Documentation Assistance:
Guide clients on visa requirements and application processes.
Ensure all travel documents are valid and meet destination regulations.
Customer Service & Support:
Handle client inquiries and resolve travel-related issues efficiently.
Provide emergency support in case of travel disruptions.
Sales & Promotion:
Upsell travel packages, insurance, and additional services.
Stay updated with travel trends and promotions to enhance sales.
Market & Destination Knowledge:
Stay informed about travel restrictions, health advisories, and visa policies.
Keep up with airline, hotel, and tourism industry updates.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client preferences.
Prepare reports and maintain client databases.
