Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Outdoor Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, a proven track record in sales and marketing, and a valid UAE 4-wheeler driving license. This role involves traveling within Dubai to meet clients, promote our products and services, and drive revenue growth.
Identify, approach, and onboard new clients to achieve sales targets.
Conduct regular in-person visits to clients to showcase products and services.
Negotiate and close deals while building long-term relationships with customers.
Promote company offerings through field visits, events, and networking opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute and analyze campaigns effectively.
Identify and suggest innovative marketing strategies to boost client engagement.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in outdoor sales and marketing, preferably in the UAE market.
Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
A valid UAE 4-wheeler driving license is required.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Target-oriented with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Familiarity with the Dubai business landscape is an advantage.
