We are looking for an outdoor Sales Advisor with over 3 years B2B experience, specifically in selling premium hair care products to salons and spas across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, passionate about the beauty and cosmetics industry, and possess strong established relationships within the salon sector. A proven track record of driving sales is essential. This role combines sales, customer service, and product education to effectively promote and sell our brands within the professional salon space.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential salon clients, including cold calling and networking within the beauty industry.
Present and demonstrate our hair care products to salon staff, highlighting their features, benefits, and usage techniques.
Consult salon owners and managers to understand their specific needs and preferences, offering personalized product recommendations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with salon owners, managers, and beauty professionals.
Coordinate product orders, deliveries, and inventory management with salon staff to ensure adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale with clients.
Strive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Organize ongoing training and support to salon staff on product knowledge and application techniques.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and sales growth.
Attend beauty industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase products and build brand awareness.
Requirements:
1.Experience: Over 3 years B2B outdoor experience selling hair care & beauty products in the UAE.
2.Languages: English is a must, Arabic is a plus
3.Others: Valid driving license and own car
4.Skills and Competencies:
Result-oriented and able to work independently
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Problem-solving skills and time management
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Knowledge of beauty products and trends.
Passion for beauty and cosmetics.
