Job Description
We are seeking a talented and forward-thinking Creative AI Specialist to integrate and optimize AI tools across our creative and operational workflows. This role will focus on using AI to enhance design, videography, scripting, and strategy development while also automating workflows to improve productivity.
Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and implement AI tools and platforms to optimize creative processes (e.g., design, video production, scripting) and operational workflows.
Leverage AI to produce innovative solutions in design, videography, and content creation, ensuring high-quality, cutting-edge outputs.
Develop AI-based solutions to automate repetitive tasks, streamline operations, and improve overall team efficiency.
Train team members on using AI tools effectively, provide ongoing support, and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless adoption.
Create and execute long-term strategies for AI integration across all company functions, aligning with business goals.
Use coding and technical expertise (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, OpenAI) to customize AI tools for specific company needs.
Work closely with creative and operational teams to understand their needs and provide tailored AI-driven solutions.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and proactively identify opportunities to integrate emerging technologies.
Regularly evaluate the performance of AI tools and solutions, making adjustments to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop comprehensive guidelines and documentation for AI tools and processes to ensure consistent use and understanding across the team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with AI tools and frameworks such as OpenAI, TensorFlow, Python, and similar platforms.
Strong understanding of creative applications of AI in design, videography, and content generation.
Proven ability to implement and optimize AI-driven solutions in both creative and operational workflows.
Excellent training and communication skills to guide team members in adopting AI tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate the impact of AI solutions on productivity and quality.
Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot AI-related issues and provide effective solutions.
Passion for innovation and a deep understanding of the potential of AI to revolutionize creative industries.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Experience customizing AI models or developing new solutions using machine learning frameworks.
Familiarity with AI tools specific to creative industries (e.g., DALL-E, MidJourney, Runway ML, or Adobe AI tools).
Knowledge of cloud platforms for AI implementation (e.g., AWS, Azure AI, or Google Cloud AI).
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
