Define and implement data governance for the ESS program and ensure adherence across the program.

Establish necessary data governance frameworks for the program.

Manage the availability, usability, integrity, and security of ESS data effectively.

Develop data standards and policies to control data usage.

Ensure data is consistent, trustworthy, and protected from misuse.

Ensure compliance with regulatory data management requirements across the program.

Raise awareness of data governance policies and guidelines among stakeholders.

Periodically evaluate and improve data governance maturity.

Collaborate with IT, compliance, legal, security, and privacy teams to align data management practices with regional and regulatory requirements.

Guarantee data accuracy and availability to support business decision-making.

Qualifications and

Experience:

12 years of experience.

Minimum 5 years of IT transformation and ERP experience.

Minimum 5 years in sector industry.

Experience in data management, especially in establishing and leading data migration during business transformation initiatives.

Expertise with data migration and data quality solutions, including data catalog technology solutions like SAP BODS, Informatica, etc.

Hands-on experience with data management best practices.

Knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and products related to data migration and master data management.

Experience gathering requirements from business functions, understanding data origins and uses, and implementing effective policies.

Understanding of migrating live and historical data.

Ability to work across diverse cultures and geographies.

Proven track record of business improvement.

High-performing individual in line management positions, respected across management levels.

Understanding of functional areas or products related to specific initiatives.

Ability to lead change management streams with minimal guidance.

Strong business judgment to align activities with cultural and organizational goals.

Sufficient financial knowledge to analyze business cases and their impact on P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.

Ability to coach and train, including conducting group and individual training sessions.

High energy, creativity, and willingness to go the extra mile for transformation projects.
