We’re seeking an OTR Supervisor to join our dynamic Delivery Stations. Our teams stow deliveries, pick products, package them up and ship them out: each of these groups has played their part in taking us where we are today.
Core Responsibilities
- Daily follow up with vendors on onboarding process;
- Facilitate onboarding process with our external contractor;
- Daily ops communications with DSP POCs and escalations to the owners, if needed;
- Handling DS callouts on day-to-day topics related to DSP DAs;
- Arranging and following up on DAY0 attendance.

- Lead by example.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
- Meets or exceeds departmental production KPIs/goals.
- Demonstrated problem solving & analytical skills.
- Willingness to train and learn new skills.
- Able to handle long and short term multiple tasks, whilst working in a high stress, fast paced environment.
- Able to work weekends and provide overtime support (AM & PM).
- Must be willing to work flexible schedules/shift including night shift.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience with planning, performance metrics, and process improvement.
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
