Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned OTM Solution Architect with 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementations and support projects. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of delivering end-to-end OTM solutions, leading migrations, enhancements, and upgrades across global clients. The role requires strong technical and functional expertise, along with leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and architect full-cycle OTM implementations, upgrades, and cloud migrations.
Design and deliver scalable and efficient OTM solutions that meet client business needs.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Configure OTM modules, including Order Management, Shipment Planning, Rates, Contracts, Financials, and Automation Agents.
Design and oversee integration with external systems (SAP, WMS, Custom Apps) using various middleware tools.
Develop and enhance reports using BI Publisher and OTM native tools.
Mentor team members, lead training sessions, and enforce best practices in solution delivery.
Lead release management, performance tuning, and RPA-based automation initiatives.
Collaborate with Oracle Support on patching, bug fixing, and service requests.
Maintain end-to-end documentation and manage UAT, Go-live, and post-implementation support.

OTM Versions: OTM 6.3.5, 6.4.1, 6.4.2, 6.4.3, OTM Cloud (up to 24B)
Languages & Tools: SQL, PL/SQL, XSLT, JSPX, HTML, CSS, SQL Developer, HPQC, Putty, Jira, Confluence, Altova
Operating Systems:
Windows, Linux
Integrations: SAP, WMS, Custom Applications
Middleware:
Experience in multiple middleware platforms for interfacing
Reporting: BI Publisher, OTM Reports Migration

Delivered 4 end-to-end OTM project implementations and 3 large-scale migration projects.
Successfully handled 250+ enhancement requests across various clients.
Worked with global clients including Unilever, RB Logistics, Hillebrand Europe, Hub Group, and Schneider Electric.
Provided techno-functional leadership in cloud migrations and large-scale upgrade projects.
Architected more than 50 integrations between OTM and enterprise systems.
