Job Profile: Light Vehicle Driver (Manual Transmission)
As a Light Vehicle Driver, your primary role is to safely operate light vehicles with manual transmissions to transport goods, passengers, or materials to designated locations in UAE. You will be responsible for ensuring timely deliveries, adhering to safety regulations, and maintaining a high standard of customer service throughout your duties.
You will also take an active role in vehicle maintenance by conducting regular inspections, addressing any issues promptly, and ensuring your vehicle is always in optimal working condition. Your ability to plan efficient routes, navigate Dubai’s/UAE road network, and provide courteous service to clients will be essential in this position. Additionally, you will maintain accurate documentation of all deliveries, pickups, and vehicle-related activities to ensure transparency and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
Transportation: Safely operate light vehicles with manual transmissions to transport goods, passengers, or materials to designated locations.
Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly.
Route Planning: Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries or arrivals, adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle maintenance activities.
Customer Service: Provide courteous and professional service to clients, addressing any concerns or special requests.
Qualifications:
Valid UAE Manual Driving License: Possession of a valid UAE manual driving license is essential.
Education: Minimum of a high school level education.
Experience: Proven experience as a driver, preferably with manual transmission vehicles.
Language Skills: Proficient in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Physical Fitness: Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including loading and unloading goods.
Clean Driving Record: A clear driving record with no history of traffic violations.
Knowledge of Local Roads: Familiarity with Dubai’s road network and traffic regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
