Job Title: Bar Accountant (Accounts & Inventory Management)
Job Overview:
Noble is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bar Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the bar’s financial records, overseeing inventory, and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions related to the bar’s operations. This position requires someone who has a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and experience in financial management in a hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Process daily sales transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
Reconcile cash registers and POS systems daily.
Prepare and submit regular financial reports including profit and loss statements.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Manage payroll processing for bar staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Oversee inventory control, including the tracking of stock levels, purchasing, and ensuring proper stock rotation.
Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and minimize waste.
Coordinate with suppliers for timely and cost-effective procurement of bar products and supplies.
Analyze inventory data and make recommendations for improving stock efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including receipts, invoices, and payments.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax filings.
Manage financial documentation and ensure all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a bar or hospitality setting.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, inventory management, and financial reporting.
Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and POS systems.
A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
