We are seeking a skilled Organizational Transformation Specialist to drive and support strategic transformation initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of strategic initiatives across business units
- Assess transformation impact and organizational readiness
- Align initiatives with departments and manage stakeholder engagement
- Design and implement change management and organizational agility practices
- Contribute to strategy development and operating model alignment
- Drive cultural transformation and adoption across the organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Project Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in Organizational Transformation / Change Management
- Experience in PMO, transformation programs, or strategic initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with frameworks such as ADKAR, Prosci, or Kotter
Preferred:
- PMP or relevant certification
- Experience in real estate development or asset management
