Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Organizational Development Specialist to support and improve organizational effectiveness. This role involves working closely with different departments to develop HR initiatives, support organizational changes, and help improve employee performance and business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support organizational development and improvement initiatives.
- Assist with organizational structure, job descriptions, and workforce planning.
- Contribute to performance management and employee development programs.
- Support change management and organizational projects.
- Analyze HR data and prepare reports and recommendations.
- Work closely with managers and stakeholders to support business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Organizational Development or Human Resources.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
