As part of our strategic expansion, we are seeking a seasoned Organizational Development (OD) Manager to lead transformation, capability building, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
The Role:
As OD Manager, you will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, shaping organizational structure, culture, and performance excellence. You will lead impactful initiatives that align people, processes, and business strategy to enable sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute enterprise-wide OD strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead organizational design, restructuring, and workforce optimization
- Develop competency frameworks, succession planning, and talent development programs
- Drive performance management systems and embed a high-performance culture
- Conduct organizational diagnostics and capability assessments
- Support change management and transformation initiatives
- Enhance employee experience and engagement strategies
- Ensure HR best practices and labor law compliance across operations
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is a plus)
- 5–8+ years’ experience in OD, HR Strategy, or Organizational Transformation
- Strong experience in manpower, recruitment, or HR services industry preferred
- Proven track record in change management and organizational restructuring
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic mindset with strong execution capability
