About the Role
We are sourcing an Organizational Development Consultant for a high-impact advisory engagement supporting a major public sector client in Saudi Arabia.
This is a consulting role — you will design and deliver OD solutions for client organizations, not manage internal HR functions. Expected deliverables include operating model design, org restructuring, job architecture, competency frameworks, and workforce transformation strategies.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver organizational development engagements for public sector clients
- Develop operating models, org structures, and workforce planning frameworks
- Build competency models, job families, and grading architectures
- Produce executive-ready presentations and structured consulting outputs
- Work collaboratively with client stakeholders and project leads
Requirements
- 4+ years of OD/HR experience gained within a consulting firm — advising external clients, not managing internal HR
- Must have worked at a Big 4 (Deloitte, KPMG, EY, PwC) or major consultancy (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Strategy&, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Strategic Gears, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated delivery of OD engagements: TOM design, org restructuring, competency frameworks, or workforce strategy
- Strong written and verbal communication in Arabic and English
This role is not suitable for HR Managers, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition specialists, or Recruiters without consulting firm experience.
