The Organization Development (OD) Senior Manager will lead the development and implementation of organization effectiveness strategies across organization design, workforce planning, performance management, job architecture, and Total Rewards.

The role will ensure that organizational structures, workforce capabilities, career frameworks, performance systems, and compensation practices are aligned with business strategy, operational requirements, and long-term growth objectives. The position will partner with senior leadership and key stakeholders to strengthen organizational capability, improve workforce productivity, enhance governance, and drive a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities 1. Organization Design & Workforce Planning

  • Lead organization design and effectiveness initiatives, including organizational structure reviews, operating model assessments, and spans & layers analysis.
  • Develop and maintain organization structures, reporting lines, governance frameworks, and role accountability models.
  • Assess organizational capability requirements and support workforce planning aligned with business priorities and strategic objectives.
  • Partner with leadership teams to identify future workforce needs, critical capabilities, and resource optimization opportunities.
  • Develop OD policies, frameworks, and governance standards to support organizational effectiveness.
  • Support business transformation and change initiatives related to organizational design and workforce effectiveness.

2. Job Architecture & Career Frameworks

  • Design, implement, and govern enterprise-wide job architecture frameworks.
  • Establish job families, career levels, grading structures, and career progression frameworks.
  • Ensure consistency and alignment of job titles, role classifications, and organizational hierarchy.
  • Conduct job evaluation, role sizing, and benchmarking exercises using recognized methodologies.
  • Review and validate job descriptions to ensure alignment with organizational requirements and accountability structures.
  • Support talent management, succession planning, and career development initiatives through structured career pathways.

3. Performance Management

  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of performance management frameworks.
  • Ensure alignment of individual objectives, KPIs, and departmental goals with business strategy.
  • Establish performance governance processes, including calibration mechanisms and performance review standards.
  • Monitor performance cycles, KPI effectiveness, and overall organizational performance outcomes.
  • Partner with business leaders to strengthen accountability, performance culture, and employee engagement.
  • Support integration of performance outcomes into talent decisions, promotions, rewards, and succession planning.

4. Total Rewards & Compensation Management

  • Develop and execute Total Rewards strategies aligned with market practices, organizational objectives, and internal equity principles.
  • Design and maintain salary structures, grading frameworks, pay ranges, and compensation policies.
  • Lead compensation benchmarking activities using market data and external salary surveys.
  • Manage annual salary review, merit increase, and bonus planning processes.
  • Develop and oversee incentive schemes, recognition programs, and reward frameworks.
  • Review employee benefits, allowances, and reward programs to ensure competitiveness and sustainability.
  • Ensure compensation governance, approval processes, and controls are effectively implemented.
  • Monitor pay equity, compensation positioning, and compa-ratio analysis.

5. HR Governance, Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop OD dashboards, workforce analytics, and insights to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Analyze workforce, organizational, and compensation data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and recommendations related to organization effectiveness and rewards.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, governance frameworks, and applicable labor regulations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across HR processes and practices.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related discipline.
  • Master’s degree or professional certifications in Organization Development, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Management preferred.
  • 9-12 years of progressive HR experience, with strong specialization in Organization Development, Organization Design, and Total Rewards.
  • Proven experience in designing organizational structures, workforce planning frameworks, job architecture, and grading systems.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation frameworks, salary benchmarking, and reward strategy development.
  • Experience with job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Korn Ferry Hay or similar frameworks) is highly preferred.
