People & Organization Development Support Specialist
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to lead and support the development of our employees and organizational growth initiatives.
Experience
Expert level- 14+ years
Responsibilities
Drive learning and development programs, assess training needs, and design knowledge enhancement solutions aligned with Individual Development Plans (IDP) and Fresh Graduate Development Plans (FGDP).
Collaborate with leadership to build a robust talent development strategy, ensuring effective succession planning and career development activities.
Administer the Performance Management System (PMS), ensuring its effective implementation and alignment with organizational goals.
Analyze organizational structures, culture, and performance metrics to implement targeted interventions and foster a high-performing work environment.
Empower people, optimize organizational processes, and cultivate future leaders, driving excellence and innovation within the organization.
Location: Local Qatar based candidates (prefer) OR within GCC.
