The OD Manager will play a pivotal role in advancing organizational effectiveness and cultivating a robust
company culture
aligned with our talent strategies. This position entails the design and implementation of key initiatives in organization design,
career path
development, total rewards, internal
communication
, and performance management, thereby contributing to the overall success and
sustainability
of the organisation.
Responsibilities
+ Establish and implement processes, policies, and procedures for all HR functions to enhance operational efficiency.
+ Lead efforts in organisational restructuring, conducting comprehensive job evaluations and analyses to optimize workflow.
+ Design and implement robust
career development
frameworks that offer employees clear pathways for growth and
advancement

+ Oversee the execution and
continuous improvement
of the performance management system to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
+ Collaborate with managers to perform detailed job analyses, identifying requirements, skills, and competencies, and develop accurate job descriptions.
+ Partner with
leadership
to create
succession planning
strategies and talent management programs, identifying high-potential employees and formulating development plans for future leaders.
+ Lead the design of comprehensive employee total rewards and benefits programs to motivate and incentivise high-performing individuals and teams.
+ Conduct salary analyses for both new and existing roles using tools such as Mercer and Korn Ferry, providing informed recommendations for job offers and salary adjustments.
+ Develop and implement
employee engagement
initiatives, including surveys, focus groups, and
team-building activities
, to enhance satisfaction and retention.
+ Provide guidance and resolution for HR-related inquiries and concerns.
+ Analyse HR data, prepare reports, and deliver insights to support
strategic decision-making
and drive
continuous improvement
in HR processes and practices.
+ Develop and manage the manpower budget, including headcount planning and salary forecasting.
+ Conduct market surveys related to economic conditions and labor market trends to maintain
competitive benefits
and compensation structures.
+ Review employee salaries for internal and external market equity, consolidate data on industry compensation and benefits practices, and analyze job descriptions to determine appropriate compensation levels.
+ Forecast the merit budget and provide options for merit matrix distribution.
+ Review and process the annual
promotion
cycle to ensure fairness and alignment with performance standards.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
