Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent in-room dining service and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Provide exceptional guest service and handle complaints professionally.
- Maintain positive relationships with guests and colleagues.
- Take and confirm orders accurately.
- Deliver orders promptly to guest rooms.
- Follow hotel policies, including respecting “Do Not Disturb” signs.
- Present bills and collect payments upon delivery.
- Handle cash and verify payment methods (cash and credit cards).
- Maintain good knowledge of the menu and upsell when appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to support operations.
- Maintain professional appearance and follow health and safety standards.
- Attend trainings and meetings as required.
- Ensure punctuality and reliability.
- Act as a brand ambassador and uphold company values and standards.
